Hotel & Travel

Travel

We are excited to celebrate with you in Taipei! Guests with US passports will not need visas, but you will need a passport ( details ). We recommend you book flights 6 months in advance of the wedding, flying into Taipei Taoyuan International Airport (TPE). Songshan Airport (TSA) is a closer option, but has fewer international flights. We recommend guests arrive at least 3 days before the wedding to take part in welcome events, and depart at least 2 days after to take part in the brunch. Keep in mind that it will take a few days to adjust to the time difference.

For guests interested in traveling nearby, we've very much enjoyed our time in Tokyo, Seoul, and Bangkok. All are close by, international, and would make a great extension to a trip to Taipei.

Getting around the city is easy with the Taipei Metro, which is clean, on-time, and easy to navigate. Taxis/uber are also plentiful and affordable.
